I thought the pick up and delivery was excellent and the service on the bikes was very good. Christian is an excellent mechanic.

Driver never showed up. Two days ina row. When I called the store he said that he texted me and I didn’t text back. I texted him numerous times with no response. Then, I get my bike back, and they loved the bell in a way that killed my gears. They also sent it back w a burned out light after a tune up. This is two years of trusting united and being disappointed. Management was WONDERFUL re sorting out delivery, but two years in a row with bike coming f back w issues and delayed,
Time to find another bike shop.

These folks are really friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to accommodate my unique needs. I will always use this service in future. I give them a big THANK YOU!!!👍👍👍

Had our eBikes in for a Spring tuneup this past month. We had UC pickup and drop off the bikes. Both processes went very smoothly. The drivers always called ahead to give me a heads up they were en route. Great communication. I will use this service again.

I am so grateful United has a pick up and dropoff service. It meant I could get my ebike in for a tune up, when the roads were too rutted and icy to ride over. It also meant that the turnaround time for repairs was short. The driver was good at letting me know when he would arrive for both pidk up and drop off. Today I did a great test ride and everything worked, good as new. Great service
