The AbMat® Gold is made with a firm foam.  Designed like our “Original” AbMat® yet with a denser foam. For those who prefer a firmer foam, this is the mat for you. Offering a variety of exercises that isolate the upper and/or lower abs, as well as the oblique’s and lower back muscles.
