1. Call us at (780) 433-1181 to get an update on our cooler availability.
2. If there is availability in a model that suits your needs you can reserve your cooler over the phone.
3. To complete your booking please provide us with: Your Full Name, your Phone Number and Email
4. You will receive a confirmation email and a payment link from customercare@unitedsport.ca. (we will never take your payment details over the phone)
5. Follow the Payment Link to securely process your rental fee. Once the rental fee has been processed your booking is confirmed.
6. On your confirmed pickup date arrive at: United Sport & Cycle at 7620 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton.
7. Pull around to our designated Curbside Pickup Area. Please come inside and speak with our customer service staff to pick up your rental.
8. At this time a transaction of the full retail price of the cooler model will be placed on your card.
9. Enjoy your trip and your YETI!
10. Return your rental to United Sport & Cycle at 7620 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton on your confirmed drop off date. At this time the retail price of the cooler will be refunded to the original card used at the time of pickup.

Each rental cooler model has a set rental fee for your reserved weekend. Please see below the breakdown of cost for each model:

• YETI Tundra 45 = $30 (CAD)
• YETI Tundra 65 = $35 (CAD)
• YETI Tundra Haul = $40 (CAD)
• YETI Roadie 48 = $45 (CAD)
• YETI Roadie 60 = $50 (CAD)

If your adventure requires a few more days then a weekend we are happy add days to your rental period for an additional daily rate!

Additional Daily Rate:

• YETI Tundra Models = $10 (CAD) / per day
• YETI Roadie Models = $15 (CAD) / per day

This rental fee is processed online at the time of booking. Your rental fee is the confirmation of booking. If we have not received your rental fee 24 hours after booking your reservation will be cancelled.

We clean and sanitize the coolers after each use! Please remember to return your cooler empty of any items or liquid.

Rental Policy

All Cooler rentals at United have a set rental period of Thursday - Tuesday. The rental period begins at the time of customer pickup at United Sport & Cycle on Thursday between 11AM-7:30PM (MST). The rental period ends at the time of customer drop off at United Sport & Cycle on or before Tuesday between 11AM - 6PM (MST).

Additional days can be added to this rental period for an additional daily cost. this daily cost is added to the flat rental fee.

• Daily Rate for YETI Tundra's = $10 / per day
• Daily Rate for YETI Roadie's = $15 / per day

Each rental booking is subject to late fees. If the cooler has not been returned to United Sport & Cycle by Tuesday before 6PM (MST) the full retail price of the cooler will be due in addition to the rental fee. Please see below the full retail cost of each cooler model:

• YETI Tundra 65 = $475 (CAD)
• YETI Tundra 45 = $400 (CAD)
• YETI Roadie 48 = $550 (CAD)
• YETI Tundra Haul = $575 (CAD)
• YETI Roadie 60 = $625 (CAD)

A rental fee of:

• YETI Tundra 65 = $35 (CAD)
• YETI Tundra 45 = $30 (CAD)
• YETI Roadie 48 = $45 (CAD)
• YETI Tundra Haul = $40 (CAD)
• YETI Roadie 60 = $50 (CAD)

is due at the time of booking. This fee will be processed via a secure payment link sent to the customer's provided email from customercare@unitedsport.ca. For your booking to be confirmed this rental fee must be processed within 24 hours of being sent. We will never take any payment information over the phone. This rental fee is your confirmation of booking, please retain it for your records.

If you loved your rental and want to purchase a YETI Hard Cooler we are happy to take the cost of the rental fee off of the total retail price of a YETI Hard Cooler. This promotion only applies to full price, in stock, YETI Hard Coolers purchased within 14 calendar days of the end of the customer's rental period.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a confirmed rental please inform us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your pickup date via phone at 780-903-1181. If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice of your cancellation the full rental fee will be due.

Damage Policy

Equipment remains the responsibility of the customer from the time of customer pick-up to the time of its return. Items are to be used for their intended purposes. Renters are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment. United Sport & Cycle are not responsible for any losses, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the renter for any reason including but not limited to improper setup, use, or storage. All rental equipment needs to be returned in a non-damaged state including all original parts.
