We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days from the date you pick up your order or the shipment date. Returned items must in new condition with accompanying receipt and packaging. Please read "Returns" below for return shipping information.
Shipping Rates & Times
Bikes are exempt from this rate guide. Not all bikes are available to be shipped; under certain circumstances, arrangements can be made. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a shipping quote.
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight or replacement value (insured shipments). You will be notified of any extra charges via email or phone before we continue processing your order.
Most orders will ship within 1–2 business days. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Though we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, United Sport & Cycle cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. The shipment method of “Leave at Door” means your package will be left on your doorstep or delivered to your post office box. There is no liability offered with this service and United Sport & Cycle will accept no responsibility should your package be listed as delivered (via tracking number) but you can’t locate it. If you wish for a more secure delivery method, please select Signature Required.

Orders more than $300 excluding GST must be shipped to the same billing address as provided/verified by payment method. *Shipping times are estimates only. All shipments are processed using the most optimal shipping provider for your order and ship out from our Edmonton warehouse. We deliver to remote areas in Canada, however, please note that your order will ship via Ground Shipping and may take up to 20 days to arrive. Split Shipments/Non United Sport & Cycle Retail Store Items
We do not offer split shipment options at this time. Once all of the ordered items are received within our building, your order will immediately be processed for shipment to you and at this time you will be updated with tracking information.
Shipping rates and timeframes for all items headed to the US are based on live data directly from Canada Post.
When placing your order please select “Other” in the countries list and add a comment to your order requesting a shipping quote. We will be happy to provide a completed quote to your provided email address.
We quote for shipping International orders via FedEx. This is the quickest courier service for International orders with one of the largest independent networks available.
If you wish to have a quote from Canada Post or other courier, please let us know and we will be happy to provide alternate shipping sources.
International customers are responsible for paying any import fees, brokerage or duty taxes associated with their orders; therefore, any import fees, brokerage or duties will not be included in your quoted shipping prices.
United Sport & Cycle reserves the right to review and change these shipping rates and policies at any time.
All orders placed by 1pm will be available for Pick Up by 5pm that same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be available for Pick Up by 12pm the next business day (1pm on Saturdays and Sundays). We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order and an agreed to timeline prior to picking it up. Please note that preorder items will take up to three weeks before being available for pick-up. Payments for these orders are processed immediately and when your product has arrived you will be contacted via your provided email address to let you know your order is ready for pick-up.
When picking up your order simply head to our Customer Service Counter at the main entrance doors. You will be required to present the online order confirmation (either printed out or on a smartphone), your payment method, as well as 1 piece of government issued photo identification. You will then be asked to sign for your order, and you will be on your way!
