Shipping and delivery

    Shipping rates and times

    Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

    Orders paid with affirm will take 24 to 48 hours for credit approval before shipment, and will also require a copy of your government-issued photo ID to verify before being shipped. Please visit our affirm page for more details.

    If you have a preferred shipping method not listed at checkout, please send us an email at OnlineStore@unitedsport.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    Note: Some orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight or replacement value (insured shipments). You will be notified of any extra charges via email or phone before we continue processing your order.

    Note: Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Though we do everything we can to ensure your order will arrive on time, United Sport & Cycle cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

    Note: United Sport & Cycle will not accept responsibility should your package be lost, stolen, or should you be unable to locate it for any reason despite it being listed as delivered (via tracking number).

    Curbside pickup

    Orders placed for curbside pickup during our business hours will be ready in two hours unless you are otherwise contacted. Bikes may take up to 1 business day to be built.

    Picking up your order:

    1. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Following that email, we will provide you with pick-up instructions and a time to ensure your order is ready when you arrive.
    2. At your designated time, head to our curbside pickup location at the rear of our store located at 7620 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton.
    3. You will be required to present your online order confirmation (printed out or on a phone), as well as one piece of government-issued photo ID.

    Note: If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please let us know in the “Notes” section of your order, or by follow-up email to onlinestore@unitedsport.ca

    Note: Please try to pick up your special order within 7 days or email our Online Customer Service Team (onlinestore@unitedsport.ca) to make alternate arrangements. Orders not picked up within 30 days will automatically be returned to our inventory and your payment will be converted to an in-store credit.

    Note: Your order will be held at the store location for a maximum of 15 days from the date when we confirm your order is ready for pick up. Orders not picked up within this time period will be cancelled and will be refunded to a Gift Card and electronically sent to you. 

    If you cannot pickup your order by the expected pick-up date, please contact the store directly to arrange for an extended pick-up date.

    Free Edmonton and area delivery

    United Sport & Cycle offers same day delivery* to Edmonton and area.

    • Included areas are: Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain)
    • For orders over $99, this service is free.
    • For orders under $99, this service is $12.

    *Delivery times are sometimes dependent on seasonality and the items ordered. Same day delivery applies to orders placed before 10:00AM (MST) Monday-Saturday.

    Canada-wide shipping

    Orders over $99* qualify for free shipping. Some exclusions apply:

    • Certain overweight or oversized items cannot be shipped and are eligible for in store pick up or local delivery only. Items include but are not limited to: bike units, bike racks and chariots, weight training equipment, boxing bags, cardio equipment, pitching machines, basketball systems, etc. 
    • Team orders are excluded from free shipping

    Orders under $99 will be charged $18 items.

    • Certain overweight or oversized items cannot be shipped and are eligible for in store pick up or local delivery only.  Items include but are not limited to: bike units, bike racks and chariots, weight training equipment, boxing bags, cardio equipment, pitching machines, basketball systems, etc. 
    • For shipping to the Territories, we will contact you with a shipping quote.

    Note: We are currently unable to ship bikes. Refer to our Bike Purchase Policy for more details.

    International Shipping

    Shipping to the United States

    U.S. Shipping rates and timeframes are based on live data directly from our carriers.

    NoteAll International customers are responsible for any import fees, brokerage, or duty taxes associated with their orders; import fees, brokerage, and duties will not be included in your quoted shipping prices at time of purchase.

    Shipping to all other international locations

    Orders will be shipped via Purolator unless otherwise requested. If you wish to have a quote from another shipping company, please let us know and we will be happy to provide alternate shipping sources.
