We will do our very best to help answer your questions. Please e-mail us any time at OnlineStore@unitedsport.ca, or call 780-433-1181 to speak with a member of the Online team between the hours of 11 AM and 6 PM Monday to Friday.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days from date of purchase. Returned items must in new condition with accompanying receipt, tags, and all packaging.
Please Note: Special orders, clearance items, undergarments, all types of face masks, and swimsuits are final sale and as such non-refundable.
We do our best to fulfill and process your order as quickly as possible; however, some orders can take until the next business day to complete, while bicycles may take up to 2-3 business days to be built.
When picking up your order, simply head to our Curbside Pick-up location at the rear of our store located at 7620 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton, AB. You will be required to present your online order confirmation (printed out or on a smartphone), as well as 1 piece of government-issued photo ID.
If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please let us know in the “Notes” section of your order, or by follow-up email.
Free Edmonton & Area Delivery
We are happy to provide our own in-house delivery option to addresses within Edmonton & Area (including Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain). For orders under $50, there will be a small $7 charge for this service.
Local deliveries are usually done by the next business day, although delivery times may be shorter or slightly longer depending on seasonality and the items ordered.
Shipping Rates & Times
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight or replacement value (insured shipments). You will be notified of any extra charges via email or phone before we continue processing your order.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Though we do everything we can to ensure your order will arrive on time, United Sport & Cycle cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Orders paid with PayBright will take 24 to 48 hours for credit approval before shipment, and will also require a copy of your government-issued photo ID to verify before being shipped.
Orders are shipped out on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. United Sport & Cycle will not accept responsibility should your package be lost, stolen, or should you be unable to locate it for any reason despite it being listed as delivered (via tracking number).

U.S. Shipping rates and timeframes for all items headed to the USA are based on live data directly from our carriers. Please note that United Sport & Cycle is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred upon arrival of your shipment in the United States.
Other International locations will be shipped via Purolator unless otherwise requested. If you wish to have a quote from another shipping company, please let us know and we will be happy to provide alternate shipping sources.
Please Note: All International customers are responsible for any import fees, brokerage, or duty taxes associated with their orders; import fees, brokerage, and duties will not be included in your quoted shipping prices at time of purchase.
