      Returns and exchanges

      Satisfaction guarantee

      Customer satisfaction is our first priority at United. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

      Note: Refunds and exchanges will be accepted for unused/unworn & unwashed products only. All items must be complete in original packaging with tags still attached. All refunds will be made to the same form of payment as the original purchase.

      Note: Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on items considered ‘Final Sale’ which includes Clearance items discounted 50% or more*, Special/Custom orders, swim products, face masks of any kind, undergarments, edible products, or eyewear products.

      Note: All returns performed with gift receipts are eligible to be exchanged or refunded to in-store credit only.

      Note: All labour fees (e.g. special orders, installation) are not refundable.

      How to process a return

      Note: You are responsible for all return shipment costs, and shipments sent via COD (charge on delivery) will not be accepted.

      Note: United Sport & Cycle is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipment so we recommend purchasing tracking.

      Note: Any merchandise returned that appears to have been used and/or worn will be subject to a restocking fee.

      Products that arrive damaged

      All items that we ship are in new and unused condition unless otherwise explicitly stated in their online product description (e.g. demo product, refurbished product).

      If a package is delivered to you damaged, you have two options:

      1. You can refuse the delivery
      2. You can accept the delivery and leave the product and packaging in the form that you received it. Contact us immediately and we will arrange for the return shipment.

      Following either refusal of the delivery or a facilitated return, we will do our best to make sure you receive a replacement of your item(s) as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

      Wrong or missing product

      In the unlikely event that you receive your order and the contents do not match your order confirmation email, please contact United Sport & Cycle immediately. We'll work to get you the right product as quickly as possible and arrange for the return shipment of the incorrect items at no cost to you.

      affirm purchases

      Cancellations, returns, and exchanges on financed products can be arranged prior to the product being shipped to the address on the order. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are possible after a financed product has been shipped.

      Warranty policy

      United Sport & Cycle does not offer warranties on products directly but we will help you arrange repair or replacement from the original manufacturer, should it still be covered under their warranty.

       

      Selected products sold by United Sport & Cycle may be fully warranted by the original manufacturer for a period of time, against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a condition covered by its respective warranty, the manufacturer may authorize a replacement or repair with or without charge to the customer.

      United Sport & Cycle cannot alter or otherwise supersede any warranties or lack thereof for any product. Similarly, United Sport & Cycle does not sell extended or replacement warranties for any product.

      2. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to United Sport & Cycle along with proof of purchase and your contact information. Please send all returns and exchanges to the following address:

      3. Once we receive your product, we will evaluate it and be in touch with you for next steps.

      Note: All shipments to the Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. United Sport & Cycle will not be liable for lost or damaged product being send back for warranty purposes.
