All of our repair and service work is 100% guaranteed and we provide free inspections! Our tune up packages are bundled services for preventative maintenance and repair. By bundling , we save you money and get your bike the servicing it needs!
When you are ready to have your bike serviced you can bring it into our store or schedule a pickup and delivery. Once the bike is in our shop, our service technicians will conduct a free assessment of your bike and provide you with their best service recommendation to get your bike in top shape for the riding season.

Service Guarantee
All bikes we work on before March 1st have a 30 day service guarantee period. If you ride your bike for the first time after April 1st, we will honour a warranty that covers our work until April 30th.*
*This guarantee only applies to bikes that have been serviced before Mar 1st then stored. If the bike has been ridden before Apr 1st, it is not covered under this service guarantee

- Clean drivetrain (parts washer)
- Wheel true lateral and radial
- Bottom bracket and hub inspection and adjustment
- Installation of (chain, cassette, chainrings, pully wheels, rotors, pads)
Level 2
Includes Level 1 eBike plus:
- Bike wash
- Clean drivetrain (parts washer)
- Wheel true lateral and radial
- Bottom bracket and hub inspection and adjustment
- Installation of (chain, cassette, chainrings, pully wheels, rotors, pads)
- System check and update
Level 3
Includes Level 2 plus:
- Entire bike stripped to bare frame
- Full clean of all parts
- All bearing points overhauled, replaced if necessary
- Pivot points lubed and tuned
- Front suspension lower service
Level 3 | eBike
Includes Level 2 eBike plus:

*Please note: All hub drive E-bikes not purchased from our store must have their batteries removed before it gets taken in for servicing. If the E-Bike battery is not removable, we cannot service the E-Bike.
