All of our repair and service work is 100% guaranteed and we provide free inspections! Our tune up packages are bundled services for preventative maintenance and repair. By bundling , we save you money and get your bike the servicing it needs!
When you are ready to have your bike serviced you can bring it into our store or schedule a pickup and delivery. Once the bike is in our shop, our service technicians will conduct a free assessment of your bike and provide you with their best service recommendation to get your bike in top shape for the riding season.
Service Package Details
Level 1 Adjustment - Recommended every 25 hours - $164.99
Broad Adjustments
- Basic bike wipe down. Check frame for any damage that would have been covered by dirt, dust, or debris. (A detailed deluxe bike wash is available with Level 2 and Level 3 tunes or as a separate job).
- Inspect and adjust headset and bottom bracket.
- Adjust position of controls, handlebar and saddle.
- Torque crank bolts and pedals.
Wheels:
- Adjust front and rear hubs.
- Adjust spoke tension.
- True wheels.(Up to 2 spoke replaced)
- Replace tires and tubes if recommended. (Tubeless set-up not included in a Level 1 or 2 Bike Tune Up)
- Set air pressure to customer specifications or manufacturer recommendation.
Drivetrain
- Align derailleur hanger.
- Align front and rear derailleurs.
- Lube all pivot points and pulley wheels.
- Set limit screws and b-Tension screw.
- Fine tune shift indexing.
- Lube chain.
- Install cables and housing if recommended.
Brakes:
If Rim Brakes
- Center pads, cantilever and V-brake arms.
- Lube pivot points and cable lead.
- Adjust cable tension.
- Adjust lever throw to be uniform and easy on hands.
If Disc Brakes (mechanical)
- Align calipers.
- Set pad position.
- Adjust cable tension.
- Straighten rotor.
- Torque rotor and caliper bolts.
- Install pads if recommended.
If Disc Brakes (hydraulic)
- Align calipers.
- Straighten rotors.
- Torque rotor and caliper bolts.
- Install pads if recommended.
- If a brake bleed is required, the added cost for a brake bleed is $42.99 per brake

Level 2 Tune-Up - Recommended every 50 hours - $259.99
Additional Services Included With a Level 2 Tune:
- A thorough and detailed bike wash in our wash bay.
- Removal and cleaning of all drivetrain components in our parts cleaning machine.
- Installation of recommended drivetrain parts.
- Installation of all accessories.
- Replacement of one spoke if recommended.
Plus, all the features of a Level 1 Tune, including:
