I have been plagued for several years now with excruciating pins & needles (i.e. raw nerve damage) pain on the bottom of my left foot after cycling for 30 - 40 minutes. It gets so bad I have to get off the bike and massage it out, but it always reoccurs. I've tried everything - physiotherapy, new cycling shoes, wearing them tighter, wearing them looser, clipless pedals, flat pedals, orthotics, shoes that weren't even cycling shoes. Nothing helped. Then I try these Specialized insoles and presto, the problem is gone. I've done many rides since purchasing my first set, and not even the slightest tingling sensation. I'm now wearing them in my hiking boots also. Such a subtle thing, but they work!
