      Return, Exchange, + Refund Policy

      If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds and exchanges will be accepted for unused/unworn & unwashed products only. All items must be complete in original packaging with tags still attached. All refunds will be made to the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number, and postal code for all return or exchange transactions. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on Clearance items discounted 30% or more*, Special/Custom orders, swim products, face masks of any kind, undergarments, edibles & eyewear products. All returns performed with gift receipts are eligible will be exchanged or refunded to in-store credit only.

      *Please note that ALL clear-out and sale items are final, and as such are not eligible to be returned.

      How to Process a Return
      You may either bring the item(s) you wish to return to a United Sport & Cycle location of your choice, or ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. As United Spot & Cycle is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipment, we recommend you purchase tracking via your courier of choice. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipment costs, and shipments sent via COD will not be accepted. Any merchandise returned that appears to have been used and/or worn will be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that ALL labour fees (e.g. special orders, installation) are not refundable.

      Damaged Shipments
      All items that we ship are in new and unused condition unless otherwise explicitly stated in their online product description (e.g. demo product, refurbished product). If a package is delivered to you in a damaged state, you have the option of refusing delivery. Should you choose to accept any shipment of damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for return shipment of the damaged item(s). In either case, please leave the product and any packaging in the form that you received it. Following either refusal of the delivery or a facilitated return, we will do our best to make sure you receive a replacement of your item(s) as quickly as possible, subject to availability.  

      Incorrect Products
      In the unlikely event that you receive your order and the contents do not match those outlined in your order confirmation e-mail, please contact United Sport & Cycle immediately via the phone numbers or e-mail address listed above. We'll work to get you the right product as quickly as possible and arrange for return shipment of the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you.

      Policies Specifically Related to Financing via PayBright

      Cancellation & Exchanges of Products Financed via PayBright:
      Cancellations, returns, & exchanges on financed product(s) can be arranged prior to the product being shipped to the address on the order. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are possible after a financed product has been shipped.

      Shipment of Products Financed via PayBright:
      The product will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of the order and cannot be changed. Delivery of the product must be received by the same person, or designated person in the same household, and current photo ID and signature is required at the time of the delivery. Pre-arrangement for any designated person must be done in advance and in writing to a minimum of 24 hours prior to the shipment leaving United Sport & Cycle.

      Pickup of Orders In-Store Financed via PayBright:
      Release of the product(s) must be received by the same person who ordered the product, or a designated person in the same household. Current photo ID with the same address will be required for product(s) to be released. Pre-arrangement for any designated person must be submitted in writing to a minimum of 24 hours prior to pickup of product in store.
