The Thule 903760 License Plate Holder is designed to easily mount your license plate to a platform or hanging style hitch bike carrier. The Thule License Plate Holder provides an unobstructed view of your license plate and includes an integrated light that can be hooked up to four pin wiring to illuminate your plate.
