We are from a small town in central Alberta, so I ordered winter tires and a lock from United Sport and Cycle for our son's Christmas gift. Not only are their prices fair (and comparable. With a family of 6 I'm a pro at 'shopping around'), they were prompt in sending it, and when they found a small issue on their end, they contacted me by phone immediately. Without any input from me they contacted me and had already rectified the problem. The woman I spoke with was very professional and polite. Fantastic customer service is hard to come by these days, but these folks have it! My son hasn't yet had the opportunity to try out the products, but I am sure they will function just as they should :) and I will post again once they have been used.

These are great winter tires. If you have budget, I would recommend you buy 150 replacement studs and install them on the outside treads - it is a worthwhile upgrade in my opinion.
