We are a founding member of Sport Central, which is committed to the ongoing support of local families who struggle to afford family sports. It’s our belief that sports is a valuable part of childhood development. Our combined mission is to make sports and activities accessible for everyone. You can donate your old equipment at our location during business hours.
Kidsport
Kidsport has long been a champion of getting families involved in sports across Canada. We work alongside the Edmonton chapter to help with fundraising and collecting required equipment to support team programs. If you’re a group looking for grants or a family in need of support, please reach out to Kidsport.
Dave's Drive
Every year Sport Central does Dave’s Drive in memory of Oiler’s great Dave Semenko. This annual event aims to collect highly needed equipment to support families looking to get involved in hockey. United is joins this movement every year to help families in need, and to spread the word of this great initiative.
Local Team Support
Keeping with our community values, we routinely sponsor sports teams and provide equipment. If your team needs support to keep going, or if you’re looking to start a new team, we have the expertise and resources to help. You can apply for support through our online form and we’ll contact you for additional information.

Local Event Participation
Whether hosting or participating, you’re likely to see United at a variety of local activities in support of a good cause. We have represented at the MS 150 bike event for several years now through our United team and providing on-course support for participants.
