Paid for Order, Order Did Not Arrive.

Placed order 2 weeks ago, was charged for the part, but it did not arrive. No way to track it as no tracking number was provided. Was the part even sent? Who knows. I do know I would not place an online order with this company again. One star as I can not chose zero.
