Jersey is perfect, communication lacking

The jersey is perfect and exactly as described and ordered.

However, after submitting the initial order and receiving the confirmation email, I didn't hear anything for over a week. There was no fulfilment information in the initial confirmation and no expected completion date, so I ended up emailing the store. The store responded promptly but told me because it was a custom request it had to be sent off for cresting any wouldn't be ready for almost a month after ordering.

I don't mind the delay, and it was delivered a couple of days earlier than the predicted date. But some better communication on expected completion times would have been much appreciated -- anything in the confirmation about extra time required for custom cresting, an estimated completion date, anything.

Great Jerseys

They're well designed and manufactured. My only complaint would be that the "V" looks more like a "U". So the word SVC BN (an abbrebiation for Service Battalion) looks like SUC BN.
