We had received a shaft about 3 and a half weeks ago and it broke after one time use. United was quick to reply to my email requesting a replacement and I received a replacement after I paid to shit the broken shaft back. The replacement shaft we received about 2 weeks ago, my son used it and it snapped on his first shift using it! I emailed again requesting a refund as obviously the shaft is not strong enough and I have heard absolutely nothing back.
