Bike Pick Up and Delivery Service
Do you need your bike repaired or tuned up? It’s now easier than ever with our bike pick up and delivery service!
Save the hassle of putting your bikes in the backseat of your car. Don't worry about installing your bike rack. Let us do all the driving and lifting for you as multiple bikes are included for 1 location!
We can pick your bikes up, bring it to our shop for an individual repair service or tune-up package,* and deliver it back to you when it’s done.
Unsure of what's causing the bike problems or what service needs to be done? Our mechanics will do a free assessment and recommend what service or repairs are required before any work is completed.
Bike pick up and drop off times are between 11-4 PM except for Sundays (closed). Let us know in the checkout notes a minimum of 2 preferred pick up dates and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day pick up is not available. Our Online Team will contact you after your order has been received to confirm the finalized pick up date and provide additional information.
Depending on the repairs and services required, the estimated turnaround time for your bikes to be picked up, assessed, serviced, and delivered back to you is 7 business days after the bike(s) have been picked up (subject to availability of parts, volume of orders, etc). In the spring and summer months, this will be much longer so don't delay and book your pick up today!
Our bike pick up and delivery service is available everywhere in the Greater Edmonton Area. This includes:

- Fort Saskatchewan
- Leduc
- Sherwood Park
- Spruce Grove
- St. Albert
- Stony Plain
*Tune-up or repair costs are extra and will be finalized with you over the phone once we are able to: inspect the bike in our shop, see what services are needed, and see what bike parts might need to be replaced.

I have Multiple Sclerosis, and I ride an (full-size, very wide) adult tricycle. I drive an SUV, and there’s no way I could lift her into my vehicle…not that I think she fits in there anyway…

I’m glad United offers this service as we can’t bring the bikes in ourselves for tuneups or repairs. Easy to schedule and they were on-time. Perfect! I would like to add that we also purchased our bikes from United and we are loving them.

Left a previous review noting an issue with the derailleur after the level 2 servicing. Jeff reached out to me within an hour of leaving the review hoping to get it rectified. He was able to stop by that same day and replace a part (which he did not charge me for) and now the bike runs great. Amazing service and would absolutely will work with them again for future servicing.

As I have mentioned during phone conversations, I have a non trusting nature so when the vehicle with "United Cycle" all over it came and I willingly gave my bike , but didn't getting so much as an automated "receipt/ticket" something to show it was in the united cycle system. As I mentioned also in phone conversations, when you put shoes in for repair, you get a ticket, I may be old school but in the world we live in today, this was an uncomfortable stretch for me. Yes, I have it and am looking forward to my spring ride with brakes. lol

United Sport has it figured out. Amazing and simple process for those of us who don’t have a truck to bring our bikes in for service. I called the number, set up a pickup time and date and Andrew was there right on time. They completed the repairs and sent us the note it was ready for pickup or delivery. This was scheduled and again right on time, Andrew was there with the bike. A hidden gem of an idea. Thanks United.

United Cycle came to pick up my bike from my home - the delivery guy was so kind and nice. They fixed up the bike and communicated the issues and pricing before they did the work. And when completed, they dropped the bike back home. A seamless process. It was wonderful.

I thought the pick up and delivery was excellent and the service on the bikes was very good. Christian is an excellent mechanic.
Driver never showed up. Two days ina row. When I called the store he said that he texted me and I didn’t text back. I texted him numerous times with no response. Then, I get my bike back, and they loved the bell in a way that killed my gears. They also sent it back w a burned out light after a tune up. This is two years of trusting united and being disappointed. Management was WONDERFUL re sorting out delivery, but two years in a row with bike coming f back w issues and delayed,
