The bench sit
In the same style as a wall sit, utilize the flat configuration of the bench with your arms shoulder width apart to move up and down. This exercise is really good for working your tricep and chest muscles!
Close grip pushup
Placing your hands on the bench, do a pushup. Make sure you're moving up and down in a fluid motion. This exercise works well for anyone who wants to tone their inner chest and triceps.
Lateral step pushups
This exercise builds on the standard pushup. Start with your hands in the same position as the pushup, but then descend to the floor to perform the actual pushup. Once you've done the pushup on the floor, return to the starting position on the bench and do the same motion on the other side. This exercise really works your chest muscles!
